Changed plan, charged multiple times

I just recently changed my plan on 02/09/2022, my credit card was being charged on that day even though I didn't upgraded speed 3 days later (see here )

 

And on 24/09/2022, again my credit card was charged.

 

Can someone from the accounts please explain to me exactly what happened?
