Get online support
I have tried several times to update my payment details without success. Is there a known issue or bug in the system? My service has been suspended as my credit card expired and I cannot enter the new details to pay the outstanding amount. I have also tried direct debit and nothing seems to happen.
Call waiting times are 50+ minutes which is ridiculous. What is wrong with you???!!!
