Why is it you never get my billing correct? I have cantacted 4 times and finally spoke to Kim yesterday 19.11.21who said that the payment would be taken out direct debit as it had been from the start. It should have come out on the 8th but didn’t. I checked my bank and it has finally come out but on my billing it has paid but I still have to pay another payment when payment only come out on the 8th
