Please advise how to cancel my nbn service. I have been placed on hold for over an hour twice now.

Please advise how I can give notice to cancel my TPG NBN service.  I keep getting offloaded into a black hole by your customer representatives and placed on hold for over and hour until I give up in frustration.  Not impressed.
