Hi team.

 

Can I please seek your urgent assitance in cancelling my TPG service as I recently moved into a nursing home. I won't be needing the service anymore. Please cancel effective immediately!

I've also sent an email to cancel@tpg.com.au but have not heard anything back !

Please confirm that you have cancelled my TPG account and service!

I tried sending you a private message but its giving me an error

Can you please assist on the forum or otherwise please send a response confirming cancellation has done ?
