I've moved out of my previous apartment since last December, I'm currently overseas and I forgot to stop my NBN service before I left.
I tried cancel it online but the webpage says 'Unfortunately the online change of plan facility is currently not available for FTTB Bundle customers.'I'm currently overseas so I also couldn't call your customer service.My account number is XXXXXX, can you please help me cancel this plan as soon as possible, please?Thank you very much.
