HI, i had changed NBN providers back in April and noticed that i am still being charged monthy for a plan that's not being used. Didn't my new provider advise of the cancellation as i had given them the authority to change the plan in the first place and i believe NBN co would have advise you of a change? There has been no activity on my TPG NBN plan for the last few months. Please help to arrange a refund or does this mean i stand to lose nearly $400 for no service?

Any update on TPG account requires the Account holder to contact us directly to proceed with the change. This is for the security and privacy of the Account. We're able to locate your account using your community details.
