Please stop demanding payment

My payment day is 6th of month and it was pay first and use.

I have already canceled my service before payment day.

If the canceling process was delayed, it was totally TPG's fault.
Also, I do not have any contract.

But Why TPG is still demanding me to pay?

I do not understand it.

Please Stop email me to pay.

To better understand teh situation, drop me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file). Also include your best contact number and preferred time.
