I don't care that I am on an unlimited plan, I still need to see my data usage.
I am sick of TPG stripping away services.
I am still annoyed TPG disconnected my ADSL from a second location when specifically told not to (I was switching one address to NBN, had two separate connections and both were switched off.) I have since been forced to pay more for the NBN connection at a slower speed and lower data allowance simply because I was not allowed to reconnect an ADSL connection as it is seen as a new connection and only NBN can be used for new connections.
Pretty sick of TPGs lack of support. It has been almost impossible to get through on the support phone lines in under an hour.

We understand that you would like to view your data usage, however, for unlimited plan it is not viewable in the TPG My account.
We can provide you a copy of your usage or you may contact our Customer support team for us to send you an Email of your data usage.
We'd like to have a better understanding of what happened to your service before. Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.
