I wan to cancel my contract, how can I do this when I cannot get through to customer service

I have been trying to contact your customer service team since the weekend, as I was dealing with your team member Ritz and have had no contact. I would like to cancel my contract as I have chosen another provider who actually answers there phones. Please tell me how I can do this as my contract has one more month to run and then it is over and I dont want to be charged anymore
