Possible to pre-pay for my NBN service?

Am just wondering whether it is possible to pre-pay some months ahead for my NBN service?

e.g. if I wanted to pre-pay 12 months?

If possible, is there an email address I can contact to arrange this?

Welcome to the community!

We do not have option to make 12 months pre-payment. We can only make a payment in advance 7 days prior to end date of the billing cycle. Let me know should you require further assistance.
