Hello,
My data has run out for this month but since I still need to use data I decided to top up my prepaid balance with $50 the money has been taken from my account but when I log in it says my balance is still $0 and I cannot use data at all. Do I just need to wait? Or has something gone wrong with the process? It has been about a day since the money was taken from my account and 2 days since I put in the request. Anything helps.
