Trying to transfer a shared Vodaphone account (4 SIM cards) over to TPG.
Got the SIM cards mailed to me.
Went through the activation process last night.
This morning got four emails saying "request to transfer mobile phone number (***) to the TPG mobile phone service has failed.
Reason given for failture was:
(058) Account/Reference Number of Date of Birth not held by the service provider.
Please rectify with current provider then phone TPG back.
Accounts were exactly the same for both Vodafone and TPG.....Same name, same address, same four phone numbers being transferred.
I know the call centre is out but an ideas if I can coordinate this online.
