Problem with new email provider

Just wondering if anyone is experiencing problems receiving emails after transferring to the Messaging company.  It seems I am not receiving some emails.  This only appears to be rectified if someone lets me know and I email them.. Pretty tricky if its a company and I have no way of knowing
