Hello, it's been 6 days since I registered my SIM card and it's still not connected. I'm in the process of transferring my old number to a new SIM card. Step 5 of 6 registration steps

Hi, I bought a back sim card from you, it has not been activated for 2 weeks now, I bought my previous number from optus company, it is still active. Because my plan is prepaid, I don't have a customer number. What should I do now, I paid 22/5dollars, my time to pay will expire in 2 weeks and I did not use the SIM card.
