Recharge issue

I got the senior plan ($5 per month) for my mum. When i tried to reachrge for the account thru the TPG app, it only has minimum denomination starting from $10, why is this so when your senior plan is $5 per month?

Another issue is that then there is a $5 sum left after the recharge which is fine as it can pay for the next. But the issue is TPG deducted $0.60 from the account for no apparent reason and now I have to pay another $10 for the account recharge. Please explain to me what is going on?
