Refund and plan change

I have changed my internet plan following an email I received stating that I would get a refund because I was on a plan my internet would not be able to sustain. I would like to know when my refund will be credited to my account and when my plan will change. I would also like my refund to include the months of September and October which I have paid for.thank you

It also showed that the plan change is already in progress. 

 

Please await for a call today from an Accounts Specialist to assist you regarding your bill/refund query.
