Refund for phone prepayment

Could I please get some assistance with my phone $20 prepayment that I'm trying to get refunded?

I was advised via cancel@tpg.com email that it is not possible but I understand this can done at your discretion.

I tried to private message a Mod but there is no section to send a DM in my case.

Could I please get the team's help with this? Thank you.
