After 11 contacts with you, including one complaint which appears to have been ignored, I haven't yet received a refund of $428.36 being unused international roaming credit that is currently sitting in my account. I have been told at least 4 times to wait 5 to 8 working days. My first request was made on 15 August 2023.
Not sure what else I can do? I'll have a look on-line at what the Ombudsman is supposed to address.
