Refund of NBN account balance

Hello team,

My NBN account had been cancelled, however, the account balance is in credit (I can log into my account and provide a screenshot). How can I get this balance refunded to my credit card (on file)?

 

I've contacted TPG customer service twice but there has been no response, not even one to say if it has been forfeited.

 

Please advise.

We'll have a member of our Accounts Team to assist you on the remaining balance on the account. Please send in your TPG username or customer ID privately via message so we can search for your account.
