Hi TPG Team,
Due to noted service outage (as information supplied by the TPG team) from post "4g wireless is not connecting, network fine. 4g still prevelent with other providers on phone."
i have now received my phone bill with additional charges for data as indicated.
Can i request the deduction of 10 day internet cost from my next bill as per the time the service was down.
