Hi I have recieved a email from nbnspeedcompensation@tpg.com.au mentioning that they want to refund for my previous nbn cnnection as they couldnot provide the speed that their original plan offered. But they will refund only if I ring 1300 013 989 number. Is this a genuine message from tpg or a scam??
