I received a promo offer to upgrade our nbn to Home Ultrafast in 9Aug21 for only $99.99.
It was so tempting so I decided to take up the offer on 10Aug21.
However, when I changed our nbn plan through our TPG account, there's no "Ultrafast Option", only "Superfast for $99.99". When I saw our billing, I was charged $124.99 so I've called TPG to correct and change my plan according to what was in the offer. I've called several times already to complain as I was already charged $124.99 twice and no action has been done to rectify my plan til now.

Last query, can you please confirm that my future plan charge will be fixed at $99.99?
I wouldn't want surprises 6 months thereafter and wil be charged $124-$150.
