Request for Refund for Non-activated SIM

Hi,

 

I have bought a new prepaid mobile sim recently. I have not activated this new sim card but I have decided to cancel this service. I have already called your billing & account team to cancel the service but I noticed my credit card was already charged for 1st monthly fee. How can I request for refund?

We're sad to know that you have decided to cancel the mobile service with us, we tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it shows no matching records. Please send me your account details (Userrname/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your alternate contact number and preferred time, we'll have our Mobile Specialists contact you to discuss details of cancellation and refund.
