I have sent a request of cancellation on the mytpg account portal and never heard back from TPG. My contract is out of.
The reason for cancellation:
I have waited so long for hearing back from TPG about when they can organise an internet installation as they didn’t respond my email since I emailed them extra information.
Therefore, I am currently go with other internet company to getting the NBN connected asap and would like to cancel service with TPG asap.
My question is can you pass this information to someone who can assist that. I don’t want to resend the
