Hi,
I need to reset the password on my daughters slave email account. I have rung TPG twice and both times they have said they would log a job and someone would call me back to organise this (after spending ages going through the rest password online functions despite me saying I had already tried this many times) . I haven't received any call backs yet and so was hoping I could arrange this through here. I've tried sending a PM but can't find the send message button when I click on someones name, so if someone could message me to arrange, that would be great. She needs to access emails for school. Thanks
