Roaming in US stopped working

Hello. I have a TPG Mobile plan that has been working properly overseas (US) for the past 4 years. Recently it stopped working. I have the same SIM and phone, no settings have changed."Roaming" is checked in my account settings.

 

Could someone help me figure out why it stopped working?

When you said it stopped working, aren't you receiving any signal?

Have you tried to manually select a network?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Hi BasilDV. Yes that's right. There's a signal but it says "No Service" on my Android phone. This is the same phone I've been using for roaming for years with the same SIM card.

 

I tried manually selecting networks, I tried running updates, I tried switching different parameters in the Network settings (such as VoLTE / Mobile Data), and tried restarting.

 

When I'm in the network settings, I see "TPG" as the network header, but no service.

 

Do you know any other troubleshooting tips?
