SMS verification codes

Hi,

I am overseas until 17 September.  My iPhone was stolen but fortunately my TPG Australian SIM card was not with the phone.  I am trying to restore banking apps, WhatsApp etc. but I need to receive the sms to my Australian mobile.  My Customer ID: **********,  I believe I put my phone on hold until my return but can you please advise if there is a soloution to my problem as I really need to have access to these verification SMS.

Welcome to TPG Community!

You will need to enable your roaming service to receive the verification code/s for the apps that you wish to install on your new smartphone. You may PM us with your TPG customer ID and we'll assist you on activating the mobile feature.
