Setting Up My Account

I am trying to set up an online account, but I don’t know how. I do not have access to mobile number registered with TPG as it is my sons old work number. Please help.

Hi @Seka1953 , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we can help get to the bottom of this.
