Some of the Worse customer service

Iv been trying to get my internet connection back on, but I have had to ring up about 20 times in 2 days to be told either there is nothing they can do or I been told 4 or more times that connection will be restored (1st-time was 15 min, then 2nd time 30/60min, and a supervisor called Kevin was apparently sorting it and then to be told it be on within 1/3hrs, but after that I rang again because no connection still , and I was told that the bloke named Kevin had left and gone home around 3pm, but was told then it was to be restored by the end of the day and still nothing. I can’t believe the amount of time, credit and effort I wasted in 2 days to be told the biggest load of crap each time. There was 2 people that actually did make the effort to help me with a few account issues befor all this to be able to get it restored first but other than that the other 10+plus people where useless shame on you tpg
