Speed compensation refund

Hi. Just wondering how long it takes to receive the refund. I phoned up and opted for the slower speed plan and refund but haven't received it yet. Just find it odd that I still have to pay my monthly fee despite being owed more than $500

Please note that you are required to pay monthly service fee due to the prepaid nature of our service. Nonetheless, we'd be glad to check the status of the refund. 

 

Any chance you can send your Customer ID or username via private message in order for us to assist you accordingly?
