Get online support

Still being billed even though I cancelled my service.

I put in a cancellation request for my service several weeks ago (to end on the 13th of December) yet today I received a $90 debit to my account and checked the website and found that my service was still active. I also received a message on the 13th asking if the service was still needed and I replied with "No". I need this cancelled and refunded immediately.

When you are outside contract, you can cancel the account without any termination fees. However, you are required to provide us at least 30 days notice and the service has to be paid up to the end of the notice period.
