I would like to put a request to cancel my service.

 

I have sent you an email regarding this matter but have not received any response from

 

TPG customer service.

 

Would you be able to escalate this and PM me how to process this.

We tried to locate your account using your community details, but was able to pull up an old account.

 

Please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the reason why you decided to terminate your account.
