I need to return my hardware and connect with Toll

They told me that account number 80824941 is on hold now

please help with communicating with toll's team and solve this problem thanks.

I found your post from 2022 regarding your toll number no one could find? Strangely I am trying to find who was sending postage stickers for the return of my modem, as it wasn’t my provider. My account number is identical to yours?! No one can find it. Other company names came up with accounts in my name?! I’m wondering if you had anyone locate “our” account number lol
I feel this is very…off
