I have now spoken to TPG on at least 3 occasion to follow up on my below request for compensation for the significant period of time where I had no internet due to the Nokia Gateway modem that TPG provided being faulty.
I was told each time that somebody from TPG would contact me within 24 hours but nobody has contacted me. Each time I have spoken to TPG I have requested that TPG provide a written response to my below email from Monday, 13 December 2021 8:47 AM and I was told that this would occur.
I am yet to receive a response. Once again, this is appalling customer service as I am constantly being told that TPG will do something and it does not happen.
Please response to the my below email of Monday, 13 December 2021 8:47 AM as a matter of priority.
