TPG account deactivated

Hi there,
Yesterday, we asked TPG to upgrade our plan from NBN100 data only (byo modem) to NBN100 with voice calls (free modem signed up for 6mths). Today they deactivated our old account and the new modem doesn't arrive until Tuesday. Does anyone have any ideas how to reactivate our old account? Help please!!!

Hi @gnkc2022 , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and help get to the bottom of this.
