I just wanted to lodge this here before I cancel all my phone and home internet accounts with TPG, the level of service "provided" by TPG is totally unacceptable, my home internet was down for for best part of two weeks apparently it takes more than a week for an engineer to arrive and say the socket needs to be replaced, prior to that I had spent hours at a time on the phone (mostly on hold) trying for some resolution, in the meantime all my and the rest of the account holders phone data (TPG accounts) had been used up and I just spent another hour plus on the phone to them to top up the balances but was transferred to the home internet side of things (20mins more on hold) and they started to begin all the authorisation process again, was going to top up 2 phone accounts with data, though the fault was with TPG, I now have decided to go without data until I have found a new actual provider
