TPG debit has not gone through

DD has not been processed as yet despite enough money in account.

Have not been able to make calls.

Have rung customer service 4 times tonitght and have waited up to 20 minutes each time.

 

Extremely disappointed!!

The service got deactivated due to direct debit payment posting issue that our system has encountered, but we have already managed to reactivate the service and it should be working now.
