TPG do not provide service at new address

Hi,

I am moving to a new address which is not serviced by TPG. Having been a customer for many years I have a lot of dependencies on my TPG email address.  Are there any options to retain it if I use a provider under the TPG group (IInet)

@BasilDV . So, what were the options for this user?

As an existing customer, can they convert to an email only account (with annual fee)?

Is that complicated by the transfer of email system to TMC, which is still on-going?

What is the exact timing of the process?

If a VOIP phone is involved, does that need to be ported out to the new internet provider first?

That leaves the the user with a TPG internet account (but with no access because that is with the new provider) and TPG email address.

The internet/email account is converted to an email only account and the internet part disappears.
