TPG has an incorrect birthday listed for me

You have an incorrect birthday listed for me apparently, as when I tried to verify my account over the phone, I couldn't as my birth date does not match. This is not something I can log into my account and fix (even though I can add additional users on my account and change their birth dates?) and in order to fix I am supposed to send you a photo of myself holding my passport? Unlikely.

 

I currently only have access to a digital copy of my licence and you say digital copies are not accepted. Since this is your error, and not mine, I would expect that you would work with me to resolve this.
