You have an incorrect birthday listed for me apparently, as when I tried to verify my account over the phone, I couldn't as my birth date does not match. This is not something I can log into my account and fix (even though I can add additional users on my account and change their birth dates?) and in order to fix I am supposed to send you a photo of myself holding my passport? Unlikely.   I currently only have access to a digital copy of my licence and you say digital copies are not accepted. My modem has no internet connection. Wifi is fine, and logging into the modem/router settings, it thinks it is connected to the internet. TPG phone support tells me to update the DNS in the modem, when their own support on these forums says this is not possible to change the DNS on a 5G modem. Told that someone will be in touch within 24 hours.   Why is no one able to provide proper support on this? Very frustrating, as now in 24 hours they will make me do the same troubleshooting all over again, before sending me another modem which will take 2 weeks to arrive with Xmas etc. ... View more
