TPG have disconnected my phone with no warning

TPG,

you have disconnected my phone without warning.

it says your service has expired when i try to use my phone.

I have emailled 4 times regarding the issue with no real response, just a email saying you will be in touch.

My phone is crucial to my business, by this stage youre costing me money.

 

RECONNECT MY PHONE!!!!
