TPG is still stealing my money after I have sent several online cancellation forms

I found TPG is still stealing my money after I have sent several online cancellation forms to cancel my account(
Customer: y276793404 (5918468)
) since I first sent the form in July! I Not in a contract, but TPG just did not cancel my account and is keeping stealing my money. 
 
Can you give me a feedback as soon as possible?
