We have processed the necessary billing adjustments on your account where all the phone call excess charges from 13th of June to 3rd of October 2020 has been reversed and then we deducted the monthly fee for the Big Talk add-on service to the credited amount. We recommend you to check the Account Statement via TPG My Account for further details of the billing adjustment that we've made.
Rest assured that the Big Talk has been enabled properly and please be reminded that calls to mobile and 13/1300 numbers are excluded features of this plan.
