Downloaded this app. Used my TPG web log in detail to log in to the app but it says "Network Error". Is the app working? I assume that my TPG web log in detail is the same with the android app because there's no other option in the app.except log in details.
Sorry to hijack your post, but i have the app on my iOS device. It used to be able to perform speed test, but now i constantly get error that it cant detect my connection

We'd like to confirm if your TPG account is with TPG ADSL/NBN or FTTB in the event that your TPG account that your trying to log-in is for TPG Mobile service unfortunately its not yet compatible with TPG application.

My account is not NBN, it's mobile.

The TPG Mobile app is currently for TPG internet service (ADSL/NBN/FTTB) only.
Our Devs are currently working on updating the app to work with our Mobile service as well.
