As another post has said, the port out fee is not listed in the CIS. I closed my no lock in contract recently as the connection has been poor. After doing so I received an email for a bill of $11 - Mobile Number Port Out fee. I would like this hidden fee refunded as it is a hidden fee that was not known till I ported out.
