Hi, TPG sent me 2 devices of 5G wireless broadband. I didn't know why, and that's not my fault. I called TPG then they told me to return 1 of them, they were going to send e-connote to my email and I have to wait 3 to 4 business days, but I never received the email. And I called customer service again to ask about the email e-connote, and then the lady said that she requested to TPG to send me e-mail for the e-connote and I have to wait 3 to 4 business days. Until now, I didn't receive the email.
And then TPG charged me $612 on 27 May 2022, because I haven't returned the 5G broadband wireless device. Can you please help me with this. I want my money back
