Hi Sir,

1st - i choose sim plan data 50, 10$ monthly on 22/7/2020

2nd -  some how I not able to up date my new payment card number until 10/9/2020.

3rd - lost my signal on 10/9/2020

4th - today I manage to update my new credit card number and make top up of 20$

 

When can my signal come back and I can use my data?
