i have transferred my mobile number to another provider on 18th, but the prepaid bill had been paid already on that day. So the invoice date was 18th of December, billing period is 25/12-24/01. Before I transferred my mobile number I logged into my account and looked for how to cancel auto renewal but i couldn’t find it. Also I got an email that my request to Port Out for your TPG Mobile service is now complete.That means I won’t be using Tpg prepaid plan for the next time period (25-12-24/01) I already paid for, How do I get a refund ?
