Transferring phone bill into another name

I sent in my form for change of ownership 2 months ago and have yet to hear anything back. Should I send it again? Please help!

Hi @michaelagunn , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we ca pull up the account and look into this.
